  • “Skill Trek is the one thing I didn’t realize was missing from our homeschool journey. Having the ability to teach my children lessons that I am not able to teach myself, right from the site is worth its weight in gold. I cannot wait to see what my children learn by the end of the year!”

  • My kids drop everything when they hear the video music come on and come running, even if it’s a skill well below their level.

  • Finally! A curriculum that helps me prepare my kids with life skills they need. I am impressed with how simple the tasks are, and yet they are so needed. I was pleased to discover that I could add tasks from other levels for my older girls who are jumping in at the highest level. This will ensure they don’t miss anything. No other curriculum covers this stuff!

  • Thank you Skill Trek… my teen son knew I was sick. Daddy and half the family was out learning to camp so no help there (though even more learning…) and he got up and learned all by himself how to ‘man cook’. He made grilled steaks for all and cleaned up afterwards.

  • Skill Trek has exceeded everything I hoped it would be.  My children are eager to earn nuggets and master new skills, and the lessons have been fantastic jumping points for further discussion and learning.  I highly recommend this program to all parents of children!

  • I’m just glad there is finally something like this available! Previously I had bought a record book trying to keep up with all the life skills that needed to be taught but still didn’t have a plan in place to incorporate teaching these skills in my homeschool. To have a product like this that allows me to easily see what needs to be worked on and then have ready-made lessons available to teach them whenever it is convenient for us is just awesome! And the icing on the cake is the child actually excited about completing these tasks so they can earn another nugget! I think it’s what all parents have been wanting and I’m just glad you guys figured out a way to make it fun for kids and fulfilling for parents!

  • My kids really, really love the program. They love how it speaks right to them and encourages them to be more capable. I can’t wait to watch them keep learning! The look on their face after earning their nugget is so priceless.

  • Oftentimes as parents we underestimate our child’s abilities. Skill Trek helps you set the bar high, but not too high for their age as well as ability. I love the ease of the site and how I can set the lessons for each child based on their needs. This is one program we will continue to use with each child as they grow!

  • I sometimes don’t feel equipped to provide quality, focused time with my kids. I love that Skill Trek gives me a guide and ideas, and we’ve had some great one-on-one time with all of our children.

  • My husband helped our daughter with her socket wrench lesson. He’s not very handy but knew more about this one than I did. He commented while working on it that it was good daddy daughter time.

  • I’ve enjoyed reading these lessons. So many basic things that have been lost in our society, but if we followed them, we’d have a better environment. Respect for older people, responsibility, cleaning up after yourself, being helpful and having a spirit of kindness – how did we lose all those things? I appreciate that this is being put out there and would be a great addition to any family’s librar
